Outcome language. Nothing on this site or in our documents states or implies that our work makes a business meet any standard or be free of incidents. Segmentation and recovery planning are controls among many; the merchant remains responsible for its own attestation and its agreements with its processor.

Construction and low-voltage work. Torrey Line LLC is not a licensed contractor with the Contractors State License Board. We do not perform in-wall cabling, building alterations, or any project that requires a contractor's license; such work is referred to a licensed C-7 low-voltage contractor. Projects we perform are limited to work that does not require a contractor's license; where a license is required, the work is referred.

Insurance. We do not take paid engagements without errors-and-omissions and general liability coverage in place; certificates are available to clients on request.

Email practices. Our business email complies with CAN-SPAM: every message identifies us, includes a working unsubscribe, and carries a postal address. We only email businesses at addresses they publish or that they gave us.
