Cancel a plan or unsubscribe.

Manage your monthly support plan or stop marketing emails. These are separate choices.

Cancel your monthly support plan

To end a Basic or Priority monthly business support plan, send written cancellation to hello@torreyline.com. No reason is required.

Email my plan cancellation

This opens a prepared email. Add your business name and billing email, then send it. Opening the link alone does not cancel your plan. You can also send the same request from your webmail.

Under our published business-plan terms, the plan ends 30 days after receipt of written cancellation, with fees through that date and prepaid amounts reconciled under Schedule A. Applicable cancellation rights take precedence. We will confirm the end date and any final balance by email.

Read the cancellation and refund terms. Please do not send card details, passwords or network information.

Stop marketing emails

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a paid support plan. Use the plan cancellation above for that.

Either of these works. You do not need to explain why, and you will not get a reply asking you to reconsider.

Reply to the message

Reply to any email from us with the word unsubscribe, or just say you want us to stop. We read the words you write, not only that one word.

Or send us a message

Email hello@torreyline.com to unsubscribe

That link opens your own mail program with the message already written. Send it as it is.

What happens next

The address is added to our suppression list, and anything already queued to it is cancelled. We keep the address on that list so we do not write to it again by mistake — that record is the only reason we keep it.

This page does not collect anything. It has no form and stores nothing; it exists so the link in our emails goes somewhere that tells you how to stop.

If you have written to us and we are still emailing you, tell us at hello@torreyline.com and the operator will handle it by hand.

Scope of this work

Scope of this work. Torrey Line LLC's services are limited to the business-network tasks listed in the signed scope. We do not assess, certify, access or modify payment terminals, payment applications, or systems that store, process or transmit cardholder data. This is a network / POS assessment, not a PCI DSS assessment or certification. Segmentation is one control among many and is not a promise of compliance or freedom from breach. The merchant remains responsible for completing and signing any attestation with its payment processor. If proposed work affects the cardholder-data environment or requires access to an excluded system, we stop that work, ask the merchant to obtain scope direction from its processor or acquirer, and refer the excluded work to the appropriate provider. A revised scope may remove or narrow tasks; it can never authorise us to assess, certify, access or modify an excluded system. This boundary describes what we do and do not do. It does not determine technical PCI scope, and it does not limit our responsibility for our own conduct.
